Ornithogalum Arabicum, otherwise known as Arabian Starflowers, are members of the Hyacinth family that happily produce clusters of fragrant white flowers, each accented by a snappy black center. In addition to filling the air with a glorious aroma, the compact bloom spikes reach up to 2 feet tall, providing vertical interest to garden beds and borders.
As a Mediterranean native, Ornithogalum Arabicum takes readily to warm weather and asks for very little attention. Plant alongside Freesia, Ranunculus, Anemones, Dutch Irises, or even early-flowering Roses for a sensational spring display.
